RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

 Minimum 1 night rate deposit required
 Deposit can be paid by check or Credit Card
 5 Day notice is required for cancellations to have deposit refunded
     (2 weeks during holidays or special events) less $5 processing charge
 NO REFUNDS ONCE CHECKED IN OR BAD WEATHER
 If cancellation is made outside of given time frame, Credit Card will be billed for 1 nights stay (minimum)
